Terms and Conditions of Sale

Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any order placed on the Le Petit Monsieur website.

**1. Seller identification**

**2. Products**
Products offered for sale are presented with their essential characteristics on the website. Illustrations are created and sold by [Name].

**3. Price**
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; products are billed based on rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

**4. Order**
Placing an order on the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. An order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided by the customer.

**5. Payment**
Payment is made online, by credit card, through a secure payment provider (Stripe). The charge is processed when the order is confirmed.

**6. Delivery**

**7. Right of withdrawal**

The seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.

**11. Disputes**
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action.
